These Terms of Service govern the use of Sodlcs Health, including the text messaging (SMS) program registered as the brand "Sodlcs Health Sms." By using Sodlcs Health or agreeing to receive text messages sent through it, you agree to these terms.

The service

Sodlcs Health provides practice management software to dental practices. Dental practices use it to manage patient records and appointments and to communicate with their own patients.

SMS Terms

• Program description: The Sodlcs Health Sms program lets dental practices send text messages to their patients and receive replies. Messages include appointment-related communication and other practice-to-patient correspondence. Messages are sent on behalf of the dental practice where you are a patient.
• How you opt in: You agree to receive text messages when you give your mobile number to your dental practice and confirm that you want to receive texts.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
• Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
• Opting back in: Reply START to resume receiving texts.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact support@sodlcs.com.
• Carrier liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Acceptable use

Dental practices using Sodlcs Health agree to send text messages only to patients who have consented to receive them, to honor opt-out requests, and not to use the service for unsolicited marketing or any unlawful purpose.

Text messages are for practice communication only. They are not a substitute for professional medical or dental advice. In an emergency, call 911.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
